RNR Cowboys Bandana

RNR Cowboys Bandana
is a five year old 29" very handsome bay stallion with HIGH white hind stockings and front socks. Genetically, we believe he holds the pinto gene as well. Bandana taken straight out of the pasture won fifth place at the 2002 Western Championship Weanling Colt class where he measured 23". At the 2003 Western Championship, Bandana took home Yearling Stallion, 28-30" and other Top Tens. At the 2004 Western Championship show, Bandana took Reserve Champion 2 yr old Stallions 29" & Under; Reserve Champion Solid Color Stallions & Geldings; Champion Amateur Jr Stallions-Level 2 and Reserve Grand Champion Amateur Stallions. He also took home World Top Five, 2 yr old Stallions 29" & Under.

Bandana’s sire Dels Cowboy is an own-son of Ruth Haynes Moto, the AMHA's First World Champion Senior Mare. Dels Cowboy is not only a two time AMHA World Reserve Champion Senior Stallion, but he produces numerous AMHA World & World Top Ten Champions. Bandana is also a great-grandson of Shadow Oaks Top Banana (World Grand Champion) and grandson of Samis Kid Banana (Multiple World Top Tens). Bandana's dam, Samis Rafiki, won multiple Reserve Championship and Western Regional Champion/Top tens also.

Bandana has a beautiful, small & refined, Arabian-type head with ACTION to boot. Intelligent and well bred with a really nice personality - he settled his first mare in one breeding. Bandana will be standing initially in 2007 at Delta Breeze & is limited to 10 outside mares. Bandana's introductory breeding fee in 2007 is $600. Several bookings are already taken as of Jan 1, 2007. AMHA/AMHR registered.
